Managers
We have licensed Community Association Managers (LCAM's). Our Property Managers are also involved with project management which includes roof projects, concrete restoration projects, and overall beautification of your association.
Technology
Our management system has been upgraded to include an online portal for Association, Board Members, and Unit owners. This will enable unit owners to login and have access to their maintenance ledgers. They will be able to make payments directly online, check their balances, and look for updates from the Association. Board members will be able to add documents and notices to the online portal to update all unit owners in real time.

Our Accounts Receivables department sends out timely notifications to unit owners with detailed ledgers. Following Florida Statutes for collections and assisting associations for any collections needed with attorneys.
Vendor Management
Accounts Payables department communicates with vendor for timely payments of invoices making sure they communicate with managers and board members for approval of work.
